Built for ISPs & PPPoE resellers

Run your whole ISP from
one billing console.

MikroTik Billing connects straight to your MikroTik routers. It issues the invoices, takes the payment, and enables or disables the PPPoE secret by itself — while you watch every session, ONU and NAP box live on one screen.

No installer, no VPS to rent — your routers connect to the platform.

One platform instead of five spreadsheets

Billing, enforcement, monitoring, fiber records and customer self-service were built together — so a payment in the morning is a live connection a second later, with no one logging into Winbox.

MikroTik auto-enforcement

The platform talks to RouterOS directly. When an invoice goes overdue the PPPoE secret is disabled; when the payment lands it is enabled again — same second, no manual Winbox work.

Automatic invoicing

Advance billing on each subscriber's own billing day. Invoices generate themselves, carry the right package price, and support discounts, partial settlement and reprints.

Online payments & links

Send a subscriber a payment link by email or hand them the branded reminder page. Paid invoices post back automatically and reconnect the line without a phone call.

Live PPPoE monitoring

See who is online right now, per router — uptime, IP address, caller-ID and the connection history behind every complaint call.

Fiber network map

Plot OLTs, NAP boxes, ONUs and every subscriber house on a real map with drawn cable routes — served from your own tiles, so it keeps working on a slow link.

Customer portal

Subscribers log in with just their account number to view invoices, download receipts and pay online — that is a whole shift of messages you stop answering.

Staff accounts & permissions

Give collectors, technicians and office staff their own logins, each limited to the routers and the modules they actually need.

Installation records

Attach installation photos, pin the exact house from the technician's own phone, and keep the ONU serial, NAP port and package on one subscriber record.

Import & router sync

Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet, or pull the PPPoE secrets straight off the router and match them to subscribers in one pass.

Billing console

Collect, enforce and settle from a single table

Every subscriber, their current invoice and their router state in one row. Mark paid, apply a discount, extend a few days of grace or send a fresh payment link without ever leaving the page.

  • One-click actions — mark paid, settle, undo, extend, resend link.
  • Enforcement board shows exactly who is about to be cut and why.
  • Auto-fix reconciles subscribers whose router state drifted from their billing state.
  • Printable invoices and unpaid lists for field collectors.

Fiber network map

Your whole plant on one map — not in a notebook

OLTs, NAP boxes, ONU assignments and subscriber houses, plotted and connected. When a NAP goes dark you can see every household behind it before the calls start.

  • NAP port tracking — which port is free, which ONU sits on it.
  • Drawn cable routes between OLT, NAP and the houses they feed.
  • Live online overlay — green pins are subscribers currently connected.
  • Self-hosted tiles, so the map still loads when the upstream is congested.

PPPoE monitoring

Know it is down before the customer calls

Live session data pulled from each router: who is connected, on which profile, for how long, and what their connection history looks like over the past days.

  • Per-router session list with uptime, address and caller-ID.
  • Connection history so repeat droppers are obvious.
  • Secrets browser — change a subscriber's PPPoE profile from the web UI.
  • Status sync pulls router truth back into billing at any time.

Getting started

Live on your routers the same day

No server to build and no migration weekend. Four steps from sign-up to your first automatic disconnection.

1

Create your account

Sign up as a reseller with email or Google. Your workspace is yours alone — your subscribers are never mixed with anyone else's.

2

Add your routers

Enter the RouterOS API credentials for each MikroTik. The platform connects and reads your existing PPPoE secrets and profiles.

3

Import subscribers

Upload a spreadsheet or match the secrets already on the router. Set each subscriber's package and billing day.

4

Let it run

Invoices generate, reminders go out, overdue lines are disabled and paid lines come back — while you watch the console.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need to install anything on my server?
No. MikroTik Billing is hosted. You add each MikroTik router with its RouterOS API credentials and the platform connects to it — there is nothing to install on your routers and no VPS to maintain.
How does the automatic disconnection work?
Each subscriber is tied to a PPPoE secret on one router. When their invoice passes its due date the secret is disabled through the RouterOS API and the active session is dropped. When the payment is recorded — by you, or automatically by an online payment — the secret is enabled again straight away.
Can I move my existing subscribers in?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet of your subscribers, or let the system read the PPPoE secrets already configured on the router and match them up. Packages, billing days and due dates can be set in bulk afterwards.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Staff accounts are scoped by module — billing, monitoring, subscribers — and by router, so a collector sees collections and a technician sees the network, and neither sees your settings or plan.
What about several routers in different areas?
That is the normal setup. Every router keeps its own packages and its own subscribers, and each subscriber belongs to exactly one router — so an account in one barangay is never confused with a similarly named one somewhere else.
How do subscribers pay?
However you already collect — cash entered by your staff, or online through a payment link sent by email, the branded reminder page, or the customer portal. Online payments post back to the invoice and reconnect the line without anyone touching it.

Stop chasing disconnections by hand.

Create your reseller account, connect your first MikroTik, and let the billing run itself.
